Selling t-shirts

July 11, 2007

Have a idea recently to sell t-shirts online. First i would need to find an ecommerce software that would allow me to easily process the transactions online. A user friendly and affordable shopping cart software that can be easily setup would be really nice. Won’t want to go through the trouble of coding it myself so i started to search for one online.

Ashop Commerce seems to be providing everything that i need to setup it up. It offers a complete solution for merchants to sell online. It is fully web based, no installation required and it is affordable. And there is more..it accepts also credit card online! The pricing seems to be quite feasible as well. The light version of the software only cost 39.95 dollars per month and ashop 500 goes at 69.96 dollars per month. Most probably the light version is the way to go for me.

There is 10 days free trail offer now. Why wait, sell online now with Ashop.

Tokyo Day 2

April 9, 2007

Day started early with a visit to the famous Tsukiji fish market which is one of the largest in the world. All sorts of seafood is sold here. Took a while to find the correct entrance to the market itself. Once there we were greeted by fast moving “trucks”

Rows and rows of the same view in the Tsukiji fish market

Largest mussels ever seen

After the market we had sushi for breakfast at one of the restaurant nearby. We ordered a sushi set and the sushis were hand made on order and customers behing the sushi “bar” will get the sushis one at a time. Delicious miso soup as well :)

Next we proceed to the Hama Detached palace garden.

Situated along Tokyo Bay and nice skyscrapers view in the Shiodome district.

After walking around the area we took the Sumida river cruise which will bring us to Asakusa

Lots of narrow tall buidings along the river

Asakusa has the old atmosphere around the area. First we proceed to the Sensoji temple

The popular “lantern” picture

From the entrance to the temple it self there is rows and rows of different stalls selling snacks and souveneirs(not many other places sells souvenirs (some at the airport as well) so best to get it from here.

Tokyo Day 1

April 2, 2007

Arrived to Tokyo Narita Airport in the morning. No issues with the immigration and luggage. Wanted to take the Narita Express which will take around 53 minutes to Tokyo Station but the next scheduled departure is 30 minutes later. Instead we took Kensei Skyliner which will took us to Ueno Station. Bought a Suica card which works in all metros , trains and buses. Save a lot of time than to buy a ticket for each ride.

Stayed in Park Hotel

Clock

Clock tower near the hotel

Our first lunch is in some place near the Shiodome area. Around 1000 yen for the whole meal. Free refill of cabbage, miso soup and green tea

After check in and lunch , first visit is to Ginza area.

Ginza is full of branded shops

Road was close from traffic that day

Next we proceed to Shibuya.

Really crowded in the most popular crossroad in Tokyo.

Dinner was in a noodle place. Orders were done using a “machine” outside the shop. Machine will give you a ticket and just give those to the waitress and you will get your noodles :)
